1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These terms apply when you purchase products (“Products”) from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not accept these terms, you will not be able to place an order.
These terms are governed by English law and are provided in English only. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

4. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place at the time of your order will apply to your contract with us.
5. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website. These terms apply to consumers only.
Certain products are age-restricted and may only be purchased by individuals aged 18 or over. By placing an order for these items, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe age restrictions are not being met.
6. PLACING AN ORDER
(a) Our website will guide you through the order process. Please check your order carefully before confirming.
(b) When you place an order and complete payment, you are making an offer to purchase the Products.
(c) You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt—this does not mean your order is accepted.
(d) A contract is formed only when we dispatch your Products and send a dispatch confirmation email.
If we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g. stock issues or pricing errors), we will contact you and offer a refund or alternative.
7. PRICES AND PAYMENT
(a) Prices are shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable.
(b) Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
(c) Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
(d) We accept payment methods shown at checkout.
If a pricing error occurs:
(a) Where the correct price is lower, we will refund the difference.
(b) Where the correct price is higher, we will contact you before proceeding.
(c) We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors are obvious and could reasonably have been recognised.
Invoices are provided electronically with your order confirmation or dispatch email.
8. DELIVERY
(a) Delivery costs and options are shown at checkout.
(b) Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
(c) We use third-party couriers and are not responsible for delays outside our control.
(d) Delivery is complete when Products are delivered to your address.
If we fail to deliver within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed), you may be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund.
Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of Products passes to you once payment has been received in full and the Products have been dispatched.
9. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Products without giving a reason.
To cancel, you must email us at info@thishomegrows.com
If you cancel:
(a) You must return the Products within 14 days of notifying us.
(b) You are responsible for return costs unless the Products are faulty or incorrect.
(c) Products must be returned unused, in original condition and (where reasonably possible) in original packaging.
Refunds:
(a) We will refund the price of the Products and standard delivery costs where applicable (for faulty or incorrect items).
(b) Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
(c) Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or proof of return.
(d) We may reduce your refund if Products show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
10.1 You have legal rights if Products are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose.
10.2 If a fault is identified within 30 days of delivery, you have the right to reject the Product and receive a full refund.
10.3 After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. If this is not possible or unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a refund (which may be reduced to reflect use where permitted by law).
10.4 Where a Product is confirmed as faulty, we will also refund reasonable standard delivery costs and reasonable return costs.
10.5 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. OUR PRODUCTS
(a) Product descriptions and images are for illustration purposes only.
(b) Colours and finishes may vary depending on your device.
(c) Many Products are handmade or natural and variations in size, colour, texture or finish may occur.
(d) Product safety and care: Certain Products, including candles, are supplied with safety and care instructions. These may be provided on the product, packaging or website.
It is your responsibility to read and follow these instructions and ensure Products are suitable for your intended use.
12. OUR LIABILITY
(a) We warrant that any Product purchased from us will be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.
(b) Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our breach of these Terms is limited to the purchase price of the Product and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of that breach.
(c) We do not exclude or limit liability for:
(i) death or personal injury caused by negligence
(ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
(iii) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987
(iv) any matter where it would be unlawful to exclude liability
(d) We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including:
(i) loss of income or revenue
(ii) loss of business or profits
(iii) loss of contracts or anticipated savings
(iv) loss of data
(e) We are not responsible for third-party installation or tradesperson costs.
(f) Products are supplied for domestic and private use only.
13. COMMUNICATION
We may contact you by email regarding your order. By using our website, you agree that communications may be provided electronically.
14. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
14.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance of any of our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control.
14.2 Such events may include, without limitation:
(a) strikes or industrial action;
(b) courier or transport disruptions;
(c) natural disasters including fire, flood or severe weather;
(d) pandemics, epidemics or government restrictions;
(e) failure of telecommunications networks or systems;
(f) supply chain disruption or product unavailability.
14.3 If such an event occurs, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will take reasonable steps to minimise any disruption.

(b) You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
(c) Each clause of these Terms operates separately. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
(d) These Terms, together with any policies referred to within them, constitute the entire agreement between us.
(e) Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit your statutory rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
