RETURNS

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Unused and in resalable condition.
• In original packaging
• With all labels and tags attached (where applicable)

Return costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please allow up to 8–10 working days for your return to reach us and be processed.

Refunds are typically issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be made to your original payment method.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@thishomegrows.com

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with your statutory rights.In these cases, we will also cover reasonable return costs.
